Requirements
- 2+ years of sales leadership experience, leading teams focused on selling to commercial accounts
- Expert knowledge and experience in building and motivating sales teams, growing pipeline, and hitting and exceeding revenue targets
- Track record of hiring, developing, and promoting Account Executives
- Expertise in developing and executing value based sales strategies that align with company objectives and drive significant revenue growth
- Strong background in selling to enterprise customers, with a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of enterprise sales cycles
