Job Description
Builders Mutual is seeking a Head of Information Technology to lead all technology functions. This role will drive modernization, security, and performance across the company, focusing on stakeholder collaboration and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will build and execute a technology roadmap aligned with corporate objectives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Broad knowledge of IT disciplines, including agile project management, applications delivery, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and data management.
- Proven experience leading large-scale technology transformations and managing complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of insurance systems, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and data governance best practices.
