• Develop and execute an IT roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP B1 and Add-Ons.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring uptime, security, and business continuity.
• Deliver accurate insights through Power BI dashboards and Crystal Reports.
• Automate workflows and deploy AI-driven solutions for demand forecasting, sales analytics, and process automation.
• Establish data governance policies, enforce cybersecurity protocols, and implement disaster recovery systems.
