We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager with strong expertise in Bloomreach and CRM systems to help shape and deliver customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Bloomreach (campaign setup, scenario building, integration with third-party tools).
- 5+ years in technical CRM product management or closely related roles.
- Strong technical foundation: confident working with APIs, data flows, troubleshooting, and campaign logic.
- Background in data-rich, real-time industries (e.g., digital, e-commerce, gaming, or similar).
- Solid understanding of CRM strategies, lifecycle marketing, and personalization.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
