Job Description
Bullhorn is seeking a highly accountable and results-oriented Senior Manager, Consulting to join our Professional Services leadership team. The role is a critical dual-function position responsible for both the success of our SI Partner Program as well as cultivating a high-performance consulting culture and the leadership and development of our Strategic Consulting Team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in professional services, implementation, or consulting, preferably within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- 3+ years of direct experience managing a team of professional services consultants, project managers, or technical resources.
- Proven experience developing, managing, and scaling an SI Partner Program or similar channel/ecosystem.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and performance management skills with a strong track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to instill confidence in senior-level internal and external stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of common Professional Services metrics (utilization, CSAT, efficiency).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree is a plus.
