Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor responsible for safe and efficient supervision of day-to-day production operations. Cultivate a safety culture and ensure compliance with sanitation requirements. Monitor and improve plant productivity and implement Operations Excellence Plans to meet safety, quality and production goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, chemical engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in soybean crushing, oil refining, milling, oil packaging operations, or related and applicable activities in support of industrial operations
• Proficiency with basic computer skills, including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word and other technical software packages
• Ability to work odd hours, weekends and rotating shift schedule
