Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor responsible for safe and efficient supervision of day-to-day assigned Crush, Refinery, Milling or Packaging production operations department shift. Support to Production Manager of Operations in monitoring and improving plant productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, chemical engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in soybean crushing, oil refining, milling, oil packaging operations, or related activities
• Proficiency with basic computer skills, including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word and other technical software packages
• Ability to work odd hours, weekends and rotating shift schedule
