As a Cards Experience Guide, you'll be the first person our user turns to when something goes wrong with a card payment, reviewing and issuing chargebacks and refunds, and keeping users in the loop.
Requirements
- Speak English fluently and have strong communication skills, while showing empathy
- Have strong problem-solving skills and be able to prioritize work when needed
- Have experience in a user-facing role and know how to handle issues with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
- Be comfortable working with data, spotting patterns, and drawing insights to make smart decisions
- Have attention to detail for efficient resolution and be familiar with the financial/banking sector
