Job Description
The Director - Power Industry will be responsible for strategic client management, business development, revenue growth, and technology and industry expertise in the power market. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive strategic client plans, establishing high-level relationships, and designing bespoke solutions tailored to specific operational and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Educational background: Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or relevant fields
- At least 10 years of experience in the power-related industry, with experience in managing or selling to large clients
- Successful record of managing strategic international clients
- Experience of working with multinational companies in China
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with ability to interact effectively with C-level management and senior decision-makers
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analysis tools to track and report client performance
- Willing to travel to client sites and industry events as required
- In-depth understanding of the oil and gas industry, including its unique challenges, regulations, and technical trends
- Strong English speaking and writing skills
