Job Description
The Head of Key Account - Energy Industry will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategic customer plans, identifying and pursuing high-value business opportunities, and building high-level relationships with key customers in the power market.
Requirements
- Education background: Electrical, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 10 years of work experience in the power-related industry, with experience in managing or selling to large clients.
- Successful track record of managing strategic international clients.
- Experience in cross-border cooperation with Chinese companies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, able to interact effectively with C-level managers and senior decision-makers.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analysis tools to track and report customer performance.
- Will to travel to customer sites and industry events as needed.
- In-depth understanding of the oil and gas industry, including its unique challenges, regulations, and technical trends.
- Strong English verbal and written expression capabilities.
