Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in recruiting for high-growth technology companies
- Experience in hiring across various departments, including GTM, Product, and Engineering
- Ability to operate in ambiguous situations and propose novel solutions to challenges
- Experience in building recruiting playbooks, interview scorecards, and candidate experiences
