Job Description
ButterflyMX is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to embed AI into their software development process. This hands-on role involves training developers, designing playbooks, managing AI tooling, and driving AI adoption across the full software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a technically curious, developer advocate, and organizationally-minded individual, passionate about leveraging AI for faster, smarter engineering.
Requirements
- Strong technical foundation as a software engineer or developer advocate
- Familiarity with AI developer tools (GitHub Copilot, Codeium, Tabnine, AWS/GCP/Azure copilots)
- Experience integrating AI into developer workflows
- Clear communication skills for training and presentations
- Strong organizational skills for API tracking and budgeting
- Hands-on experience with AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face)
- Experience with CI/CD automation and DevOps (preferred)
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and AI governance (preferred)
