Job Description
ButterflyMX is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to develop and deploy AI-powered tools and agents to empower developers, owners, and property managers. The role involves building and scaling AI solutions for tasks like building access, reviewing entry logs, and automating process workflows. It's a hands-on position with a focus on driving adoption and delivering measurable business value within a fast-growing SaaS company. Candidates should be passionate, collaborative, and forward-thinking.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience as a technical IC (e.g., software engineering, ML, data engineering, or automation).
- Proficiency with modern AI tooling (OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, Hugging Face, vector DBs, agents, RAG pipelines).
- Demonstrated ability to scope, build, and deliver working solutions.
- Solid understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and software deployment practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
