Director of Manufacturing & Logistics

ButterflyMX is looking for a Director of Manufacturing & Logistics to join their team in Irvine, CA. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role that requires a special blend of hands-on leadership, technical expertise, and deep industry knowledge.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in hardware operations, supply chain, or logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing inventory across multiple warehouse types (in-house, vendor, 3PL).
• Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, cost control, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience leading warranty and reverse logistics programs.
• Demonstrated ability to design and scale operational processes in a high-growth environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; proven ability to partner across engineering, finance, and product teams.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience with leveraging AI tools in both professional and personal settings.
