The Strategy Analyst drives growth and innovation at Produce Alliance by leading data-driven projects that enhance reporting systems, optimize existing accounts, and support new business development.
Requirements
- Conduct internal account reviews to identify areas of opportunity and risk, create recommendations, and track trends and progress over time.
- Complete ad-hoc requests from Account Management and Supply Chain teams, such as conducting contract vs. market pricing analyses, pulling and reporting on USDA market pricing, and procuring and cleaning requested data.
- Create and edit Tableau Dashboards for a variety of internal data needs with a focus on usability, quick identification of trends, and reporting needs.
- Prepare large datasets for analysis by aggregating datasets through the creation of ontology systems.
- Ensure the highest level of data quality and integrity by conducting data testing to identify anomalies, bad data points, or missing data.
- Prepare and give presentations on significant team initiatives, project findings, and data trends to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with implementation and maintenance of internal SaaS and data tools, including Tableau and Jira.
- Research new topics related to business interests as needed, such as international markets, weather and climate events in significant growing regions, and industry trends.
