Job Description
We are looking for a Business Operations & Strategy Manager to join our team at BVNK. We believe the next generation of financial services will be powered by stablecoins and are building stablecoin-native infrastructure so businesses can move value instantly across borders and networks. We're a diverse team spread across EMEA, North America, and APAC, with a shared belief that stablecoins are the new infrastructure layer for financial services.
Requirements
- 5-8 years work experience in a fast-paced Tech (FinTech preferable) environment
- Demonstrated expertise in OKR management
- Experience in leading complex, company-critical strategic initiatives end-to-end
- Proven ability to distill complex, ambiguous problems into simple, actionable direction
- Intellectual curiosity, innate hunger, and the courage to work with high levels of ambiguity and imperfect information
