Ecologist

Join BWB's Ecology team as an Ecologist and use your ecological expertise to shape extraordinary places. Conduct Preliminary Ecological Appraisals, protected species surveys, and complete biodiversity net gain metrics. Collaborate with stakeholders and statutory consultees on exciting, complex projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience in ecological consultancy
• Understands the full biodiversity net gain process and ecological appraisals
• Holds a degree or master's in Ecology or a related discipline
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• CIEEM member and holds a valid driving licence
• Ideally holds a protected species licence (or a reference for one)
