Product Development Manager

BWXT Canada Ltd. is seeking a Product Development Manager to lead and manage tooling development initiatives for its field services. The incumbent will provide technical direction, guidance, and leadership to the team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Technical Diploma in Engineering
• 5 or more years of experience in a nuclear service or similar high-regulation environment
• Demonstrated success in leading technical teams or engineering projects
• Solid understanding of Quality Assurance systems
• Experience with SolidWorks is preferred
• Hands-on experience in one or more of the following: tooling or machine design, materials engineering, non-destructive examination (NDE), or welding
