BWXT Canada Ltd. is seeking a Site Manager to lead site-level project execution at nuclear facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and supervising field teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Requirements
- Technical diploma required; engineering degree/diploma preferred.
- 7–10+ years of site experience, ideally within CANDU nuclear utilities.
- Strong project management background.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary site teams, including unionized trades, in nuclear or heavy industrial settings.
- Solid understanding of CNSC regulatory requirements, FME controls, and ALARA principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong customer-service focus.
- Able to collaborate effectively with customers, contractors, and station project teams.
- Eligible for federal Reliability/Security clearance.
- Willing and able to travel frequently, including extended periods during outages.
