Job Description
C3 AI is seeking a highly qualified Senior Corporate Counsel, Commercial to join their Legal team. This role involves broad legal work supporting sales and alliance organizations, drafting agreements, and advising management on commercial matters. The position requires on-site work at Redwood City, CA.
Requirements
- Draft, analyze, negotiate, and complete complex commercial transactions.
- Assist with improving and implementing templates and policies.
- Collaborate with sales, services, and product teams.
- Active membership in a U.S. State bar.
- 8+ years of related experience, including 3+ years at a premier law firm and 3+ years as commercial counsel at an enterprise SaaS company.
