Job Description
C3 AI is seeking a highly qualified Senior Corporate Counsel, Federal to lead the team's efforts in government contracting. This role will be a key business partner and legal advisor to senior management, with a focus on driving growth through all phases of government acquisitions and ensuring legal strategy. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert and responsible for managing the company's legal function and public sector success.
Requirements
- Serve as the lead attorney for C3 AI’s Federal business.
- Lead front-end assessments of business pursuits and advise on risk mitigation.
- Structure, draft, and negotiate complex agreements, including contracts.
- Provide expert counsel on intellectual property protection, product counseling, and export controls.
- Manage government contracting function and customer interactions.
- Advise on ethics and compliance laws.
- Assist in managing the Industrial Security and Insider Threat programs.
