Time Standards Manager

Lead the Time Standards unit and drive the development of time study methods and data processing to achieve high customer satisfaction. Responsible for business plan, budget, and delivery for the unit, as well as personnel management and performance reviews.

• Experience in leading and motivating teams
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English
• Experience in driving long-term deliveries and strategies
