We are looking for a Client Service Channel Specialist to join our team at Cabify. As a Global Offline Support Specialist, you will lead support tasks required for planning, organization, and execution of the offline channel, working closely with the Global C-Ops department and coordinating with local teams. You will help us achieve our mission by coordinating the execution of channel strategies, generating control and audit of channel KPIs, and proposing improvements for acquisition and attention processes.
