Coordinador/a de training (Contact Center - BPO)

Join Cabify as a Training Coordinator and help transform the Training area by leading the evolution from traditional models to an automated, digital and data-driven learning ecosystem.

Requirements

• Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration and/or related fields
• 2 years of proven experience leading multicampaign and multiclient training operations with the use of automation and artificial intelligence applications
• Handling training indicators: certification, approval, absenteeism, CSAT, and proprietary area indicators
• Participation in projects implementing artificial intelligence applied to training and development
