Join Cabify and help us transform the BPO training and quality process using intelligent and automated systems. As an Automation Developer, you will design and implement Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing solutions to automate training, evaluation, grading, and feedback for agents.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Software, Electronics, Data Science or related fields
• 1-3 years of proven experience in software development or automation solutions
• Solid experience in the use of Python or associated tools for automation scripting
• Experience in integrating APIs to connect Quality Monitoring systems and Learning Platforms
• Applied experience in projects where NLP was used for automatic evaluation and analysis of feedback
• Experience in training ML models to predict critical variables for training
