Support Analyst

We are looking for a Support Analyst to join our Customer Experience & Operations team at Cabify. As a Support Analyst, you will be responsible for attending to emergency cases, maintaining SLAs for responses, and providing advice and accompaniment to affected individuals for insurance claims.

Requirements

• Experience in managing emergency cases in companies in the industry
• Knowledge of accident protocols
• Knowledge of laws related to accidents on routes
• Customer service techniques, cases, and complex processes
• Knowledge of insurance functioning
