Job Description
CadDi is seeking a Vietnam technology QA Lead to define, execute, and drive the product QA strategy. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to improve quality and create a QA system, establishing a strong QA team in Vietnam, and tackling challenging problems in a rapidly growing product. The position requires fluency in English and experience in agile development.
Requirements
- Experience leading the formulation and execution of QA strategies
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Experience in QA for large-scale systems spanning multiple teams
- Experience in designing test processes
- Experience in people management for QA teams
- Experience in QA in organizations implementing agile development
- Experience in establishing and strengthening a QA organization
- Experience tackling difficult challenges
