Job Description
MealSuite is seeking a QA Lead to join their international development team. The role focuses on maintaining high quality solutions for senior living and healthcare facilities through all-in-one foodservice management technology. The company emphasizes innovation, continuous growth, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software testing (web and mobile)
- 2+ years in a QA lead role, managing tasks or mentoring peers
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
- Experience with Jira, TestRail, and Confluence
- Strong analytical skills
- Collaboration with developers, product owners and stakeholders
- Strong communication, leadership and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented and passion for quality
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Flexibility to work with an international team
