Job Description
Cadence Health is building a better system to provide proactive care to one million seniors. They are seeking a remote-based PRN Nurse Practitioner to triage patients, manage treatment plans, and provide support to patients both in the home and at cardiology offices. The role focuses on providing relief when scheduled staff take time off and offers continuous monitoring, patient engagement, and a supportive team culture.
Requirements
- Active Compact Multi-State RN license
- 7 active NP licenses (including TX)
- 7 or more NP licenses including AL, AR, CT, FL, IL, IN, KY, MI, MS, NC, NY, OK, PA, TN, VA, VT, WI
