Job Description
Deliver advanced tactical training programs and synthetic warfare scenarios. Configure and operate combat system trainers, voice communications, and simulation networks. Support synthetic training events by emulating actions of aircraft and vessels in simulated environments.
Requirements
- Vocational or technical degree with 5–8 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with Naval Combat Management Systems (AEGIS and 9LV preferred)
- Strong understanding of RAN operational structure, warfighting principles, and doctrine
- Experience with ADF operations and exercise requirements (minimum 5 years)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
