Senior Instructor

As a Senior Instructor at NSWC, you will supervise and manage the delivery of synthetic warfare training scenarios, lead and mentor the NSWT delivery team, and plan and execute major synthetic events. The ideal candidate has 8-12 years of experience in naval operations and synthetic training environments, familiarity with Naval Combat Management Systems, and strong understanding of RAN operational structure and warfighting principles.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in naval operations and synthetic training environments
• Familiarity with Naval Combat Management Systems (AEGIS and 9LV preferred)
• Strong understanding of RAN operational structure, warfighting principles, and doctrine
• Experience with ADF operations and exercise requirements (minimum 10 years)
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of combat system operators
