Job Description
Caesars Entertainment is seeking a full-time Assistant Sous Chef on Fridays at Harrah's and Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe properties. This role involves supervising food preparation, maintaining standards, and assisting with food production. Requirements
- 2 years of Culinary Arts Degree from an accredited program preferred
- 4 years of cooking experience in a high-quality/high-volume establishment
- Demonstrated expert skill level on all cook stations
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on coaching for success
- Ability to oversee the daily operations of the kitchen in the absence of a Chef
