Job Description
Caesars Digital is seeking a Sportsbook Supervisor for its sportsbook at William Hill U.S. The role involves providing high-quality customer service, ensuring responsible wagering, and providing advice to customers. This is a full-time, on-site position reporting to the Sportsbook Manager. The company is a leading sports book provider with a focus on digital innovation and exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
- Flexible availability
- Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, internet, etc.)
- 21+ years of age or older
- High level of customer service
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to write for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend, twist, and reach.
- Ability to lift, pull, or push up to 25 lbs.
