Job Description
Caesars Digital is seeking a Tech Lead to manage a team of engineers and ensure smooth delivery of high-quality software within a Scrum framework. The role involves building, testing, and maintaining backend systems, advocating for best practices, and driving quality improvements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and focus on user experience are key.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience as a software engineer
- Proven ability to mentor, guide, and develop engineers with 1+ year experience managing software engineers
- Extensive engineering experience in Scala, APIs, AWS, Kafka, OLTP systems, Cassandra, Redis, Postgresql, and Observability tools like Splunk and NewRelic
- Strong expertise in Agile product delivery and Scrum methodologies
