Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law
• Member of the Quebec Bar
• Three to five years of experience in private practice or in a company
• Experience in business law, mainly in mergers and acquisitions
• Experience in infrastructure and corporate financing (an asset)
• Proficiency in office applications
• Mastery of French and English, both spoken and written
