Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in labor law, including significant practical experience in mixed non-unionized and unionized environments.
- Proven competence in collective agreements negotiation and representation before courts and authorities.
- Ability to understand complex legal issues for diverse audiences.
- Discretion, rigor, and sharp political sensibility.
- Regular member of the Barreau du Québec.
- In-depth knowledge of the Quebec labor law state.
- Recognized skills in conflict resolution and strategic communication.
