Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, creative, and support roles in a fast-paced gaming and technology environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
- Experience hiring for technical, creative, or gaming-related roles preferred.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ATS systems, job portals, and recruitment analytics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
