Training Coordinator

Calo is seeking an Operations Training Specialist to oversee the organizational training strategy for their operations team. This role involves identifying training needs, coordinating training schedules, managing training materials, and facilitating knowledge assessments. The ideal candidate will enhance team skills, improve performance, and drive success within the organization.

Requirements

• Coordinate the training schedule and training calendar with all MP trainers
• Ensure new joiners are following the training schedule as per the training calendar
• Up-to-date experience with training apps and platforms is a plus
• Adaptability and Flexibility
• Strong organizational skills
• Tech proficiency (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides/PowerPoint, Google Forms)
• Strong communication skills
