Job Description
Calo is seeking a Training Coordinator to oversee the organizational training strategy for its operations team. This role involves identifying training needs, coordinating schedules, managing participant engagement, and ensuring the team's skills are developed. The ideal candidate will contribute to increasing team loyalty and productivity through effective training initiatives.
Requirements
- Coordinate the training schedule and calendar.
- Coordinate with trainers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure new joiners are following the training schedule.
