CALSTART is seeking a Deputy Director of Program Management to lead and coordinate complex programs that accelerate the adoption of zero-emission medium- and heavy-duty (MHD) vehicles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in public policy, engineering, business administration, environmental science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years of experience managing or supporting complex programs in clean transportation, supply chain, or public incentives
- Strong understanding of zero-emission MHD vehicles, fleet operations, and incentive or voucher program design
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-impact projects independently and cross-functionally
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with state or federal funding programs, compliance, and data-driven reporting
