The Marketing Manager, Incentives will develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote CALSTART's initiatives in transportation decarbonization and clean air. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sustainable transportation solutions.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of professional marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or equivalent experience
- Proven project management skills and the ability to bring structure to ambiguity
- Strong communication skills with cross-functional leadership experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Monday.com, MailChimp, Hootsuite, Canva, MS Office)
- Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Passion for sustainability and clean transportation solutions
