Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive with foundational Business Development (SDR) experience to join our growing team.
Requirements
- Native in Portuguese, business fluent in English
- 2-3 years of proven experience in a sales-related role (e.g., SDR, BDR, Junior Account Executive) preferably within a SaaS or EdTech company
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Strong proficiency in cold outreach techniques across multiple channels (phone, email, social media)
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
