Requirements
- Participate in staff development opportunities and maintain child welfare certification
- Work cooperatively with team members and maintain relationships with supervisory staff and community resource providers
- Establish and maintain relationships with children and families, including awareness of and attention to achievement of permanency, satisfaction with services, and overall safety of children
- Accurately complete case notes and prepare for and attend court activities
- Develop and complete judicial reviews, initial and quarterly assessments, and other required reports
