Foster Care Case Manager/Social Worker

Requirements

• Participate in staff development opportunities and maintain child welfare certification through on-going training.
• Work cooperatively with our team of case managers and maintain relationships with supervisory staff, community resource providers, children and families.
• Complete case notes, prepare for and attend court activities, develop and complete judicial reviews, assessments, make referrals, arrange placements, conduct home studies and facilitate family contacts.
