Job Description
Caminar is a leading behavioral health organization seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to drive growth in private-pay mental health services. This role involves identifying and managing referral networks, building community partnerships, and promoting brand visibility within a specific geographic area, with a focus on adolescent services. The position requires strong relationship-building, business acumen, and a deep understanding of behavioral health within a private-pay context.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of business development, partnership development, or sales experience within behavioral health.
- Demonstrated success in building strategic partnerships and driving growth in private-pay or higher-end health services markets.
- Proficiency utilizing CRM and data to drive growth.
- Pass MVR and obtain background checks.
- Ability to meet and receive a criminal records clearance.
