Job Description
Caminar is seeking a Substance Use Clinician (CCAPP) to provide direct counseling services and treatment planning for individuals with substance use disorders. The position involves conducting intakes, assessing clients, managing cases, and utilizing community resources. Caminar emphasizes compassion, science, and understanding root causes in its approach to mental health and substance use treatment.
Requirements
- Registered with CCAPP as CADC or LAADC
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or Associate degree/equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Knowledge of group development and dynamics
- Reliable attendance and work ethic
