Job Description
You will lead our Community Team, support our community in all its needs, and shape the community journey at Campus Founders. You will be responsible for creating meaningful connections, lasting value, and a seamless community journey, and driving the evolution of our core community building blocks.
Requirements
- Completed degree in business, communication, social sciences, innovation management, or a comparable field - or equivalent practical experience
- Several years of experience in community building, startup ecosystems, innovation hubs, or member-facing roles
- Experience leading teams, managing complex projects, and building structure that scale
- Ability to communicate clearly, lead with empathy, give constructive feedback, and create a trusting and collaborative team culture
- Fluency in English, German is a strong plus
- Confidence using digital tools such as Slack, Notion, HubSpot, community management systems, event tools, and workflow automation platforms
