Head of Community

As Head of Community, you will define and execute a global community strategy aligned with company-level growth targets, build and scale structured programs, and create tight feedback loops between community and product. You will lead a high-impact team at a category-defining company and have the opportunity to change the way the world works.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building and scaling programs from 0→1 in Growth, Product or Community roles
• Experience with PLG or community-led growth motions in high-growth tech environments
• Technical enough to understand and use Lovable deeply—you should be able to demo the product, troubleshoot issues, and speak the language of builders
• Execution-oriented with strong project management skills—you ship fast, iterate based on feedback, and drive results
• Data-driven approach to community strategy with ability to set KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize programs
• Experience managing teams and mentoring community managers
