We are looking for a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst – Information Security & Technology Risk to join our high-performing team within the Information Security and Technology Risk portfolio. The role is pivotal in delivering solutions that enhance our security posture, manage technology risk, and enable our business partners to deliver exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Must-have experience in Information Security or Technology Risk projects
- 5–10 years of experience as a business process and/or systems analyst
- University or college education in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint platforms
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
- Customer-centric approach to problem solving and stakeholder collaboration
- Deep understanding of how technology supports business goals and enhances customer experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language for executive audiences
- Proven ability to lead decision-making processes, analyze data patterns, and apply sound judgment
