Job Description
We are looking for a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst to support our Corporate Functions Technology team in Winnipeg, London, or Toronto. The successful candidate will have a proven track record analyzing complex system-to-system integrations and assessing/implementing/supporting 3rd party solutions.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in related discipline (Computer Science, Commerce, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, etc)
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong experience with complex data mapping and complex transformation logic for ETL integration processing
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements
- Experience with ETL and Scheduling tools
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service focus and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships
- Experience understanding & documenting complex business environments, operations, processes and practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in creating presentations and comfortable presenting to senior management & cross functional teams
